#country #garageband #tutorial
In this video, I do my best to show you how I would create a country song in Garageband.
When it comes to creating music on the fly, I typically choose to create riffs with the guitar and then throw up Garageband’s drummer track.
I find this is a great way to quickly create a song without much work. In fact, in about 30 minutes, if you have riffs ready, you can easily create the foundation of a song using the drummer track.
Put simply:
To make a country song in Garageband, follow the steps below:
1) Make up your riffs or chord progression
2) Record them in Garageband
3) Use Austin from the singer-songwriter sub-section of the drummer track.
4) Fill out the rest of the mix with other instruments, including the banjo, pedal steel, an upright bass, as well as some other instruments of your choice, including a harmonica.

wondering if the harmonica would sound better if you change the key of the song (to E b Major, I think you said)…no idea, if that would do it though.
