I just love me a C major! Like another commenter, i learned to play ages ago and play well by ear, but half the time not sure of the numberings im playing. Gift, some say. It sounds good but I think you new musicians of today are trying to completely obliterate old school chords and Melodie’s, as if what you’re playing is THEE correct way to do it. “This is how it’s done” so you say. I could probably put you to shame with some old school I surrender all. All this contemporary stuff is not all that flies. Be mindful of the old styles because that’s where all of these new style were born from.
