years ago, I played the Bluebird Cafe and ran into Phillip Self. I picked up a copy of his book that night, not thinking that much about. I started reading the book and couldn’t put it down.
I “loaned” my copy to a friend and never got it back.
This is a great book with some very interesting stories.
If you’re a songwriter you’ll find this book one of your favorites on the subject.
