  1. At around 10 min in when he’s listening to that super heavy metal song and says “I swear to god if this has been the intro the entire time” I snort laughed hahahahahaaaa

  2. Making an instrumental song or riff salad may not be the problem itself. The instrumental should have some sort of motif or drive and most importantly structure, so the riffs sound like they were intended to go after another, like in Orion, Call of Ktulhu, Voice of The Soul or Cosmic Sea.
Problem I see with instrumental tracks here is that they sound like creators took first four riffs they have created that were sitting recorded on their phones and just crammed them in a track using spit instead of duck tape. No drive or structure what so ever.

  3. Really man? youre really just going to disregard all the work behind a whole god dang album, i get the rules but atleast for the effort behind the whole album.

  4. Trey is a weak riffer and songwriter so to everyone that was disqualified and ridiculed just know you’re likely better and have more character than a tasteless youtube jockey that has the most unimaginative content. This guy can’t even make a solid gear demo and he willing chooses to mock the people who enjoy him.

  5. It's amazing how these songs carried me through a varied range of emotions, from outright wanting to shoot myself in the face to, in some cases, only making me want to drive knitting needles into my ears.

  6. You think scuba Steve trolled you? Either way those garage band guitar tones are sick. I can also appreciate the way he intertwines his movements with chromatic, free rhythm flutters WHICH not only connect the emotions but also add their own emotion of chaos. I feel Scuba has captured the sound of a march to death as intended.
