1) Think of a title.2) Write a four line verse that rhymes.3) Repeat title four times. 4) Write a second verse slightly changing the melody but using most of the nuances of the first verse.5) Repeat title four times. 6) Do that middle eight bit which is completely not like the Verse or Chorus. 7) Lead guitar! 8) Repeat title eight times. 9) Combine an outer of backing vocals, lead guitar and a repetition of the title.10) Fade the track out.
He is a humble genius. A true crafter of Americana music.
