My suggestion may not matter but for those that really want to write a song
please use this vid with respect to what you shouldn’t do. Because a song
is a feeling, an experience to expresses like in hardships or happy moments
etc.?

You can write songs either way. I usually write the lyrics first then say
them as I play chords to come up with the melody.
