It can also help if you know the lyrics to someone else's song and you use their lyrics on a different beat and make up a new flow for their lyrics

Advice I can give is LISTEN! Listen a lot to rap songs. I got my flow better because of coach's vids and because i was listening to songs A LOT. I got inspired by gunna and learnt lot of stuff listening to him. Like i noticed he aint tryin to make melodies. He just raps almost straight, adds some autotune and it makes it melodic. When he changes his flow he start rapping and stopping on 2 beat amd then continuing on third. A LOT of information i learnt just because i watch coach's vids and listen and ANALYZE music
