  4. Here's a tip. Create shorter songs. Cut songs off abruptly. Psychologically it causes people to play them a few times because IF ITS GOOD, its short enough that they'll want to hear more. Try to change up the direction of a song when you feel like the listener might expect something but don't go too far or they may not like how dramatic the swerve was.
