To me Guitar Goddess does NOT mean “I’m the best guitarist out there.” To me, the meaning of Guitar Goddess is on a much deeper and interconnected level. Guitar Goddess is that indescribable feeling I get whenever I play my guitar. I feel beautiful, confident & positive. It’s unlike anything else. I feel like it’s something other guitarists can relate to. Guitar Goddess does not define my skills or my playing style and I don’t think the name I chose is un-deserving in any way. In my opinion, every female guitarist should be able to call herself a Guitar Goddess no matter what style of music she plays or how experienced she is. It’s not about skill. It’s about the passion.

  1. This is just a idea that popped in my head i don’t know if this could escalate much farther into a song but yeah here we go

    I know you don’t care
    No matter what you say
    I can never change
So I will always be this way
    Oh..
    I will never change
So don’t tell me to be
    Someone I am not
I just never had a way
To not be my someone I’m not

I don’t care what you sayyy
    I will alway be myself
    No matter what you say
    Ohh
    I will never change
    Ohhh

    I will never change
I will never be someone that means a lot to you
But I will still be me
    No matter what you say…

This is just an idea that I’m putting down even though I’m supposed to be asleep
    Thank you for these tips
Edit also could someone tell me if this is okay at less to be extended to a real song in some what my future

  2. I've wrote a little song. And I'd like to know your opinion about the lyrics:

Some people died when they did something good
passengers are killed but not as they should
The helpers burn or drwon or covered 'til the last breath has reached them.
    And I can't complain yeah
But I have a bad person in my life

I can't really "just imagine" how you can lose someone and then you lose it all
    cryin' ev'rytime a person dies
And that is not a lament
But I just want an apology

That's just the verse and chorus and I'm not a native speaker of englisch. ??

  3. I remember one time around a few months ago I had a dream where Taylor Swift released a deluxe version of one of her albums (Lover), and there was one song. The chorus of a track was something that just stuck to me. Looking back it's not a very good song, but I just thought it was cool.

Also can anyone else just like- Not have any noise when writing songs? Like, I tried to listen to music one time and ended up trying to use the melody of a song that played. That didn't go super well, but I think I wrote the song.

  4. It was about 12:30 am 2-3night's back and i don't how some line's popped up in my head and i only had a phone by my side so i typed it down…so i wrote the rap(first time) and i made it in like roughly half n hour and the next day i worked on it more….
And i showed it to my younger brother (he's 13) he was so impressed he wrote it down on a page in his own writing cuz obviously my handwriting!!
He was so happy and it idk how made me so confident…for surely will be writing more ??

  5. I started writing lines everyday, and I already have a lot. The past few days I’ve been trying to write a song because I have a lot I could cover but it’s hard to write in a way. I can write thoughts and feelings down but I can’t convert it into a song so thank you for the helpful video, hopefully I’ll get it down soon! 🙂

  6. I used to start with writing poetry and added piano progressions and wow it’s been 2 years and I’m trying to get into music to express how I feel. It’s thru art when we can speak words without even explaining it.

  7. After one of my closest friends ‘broke up’ with me, I wasn’t myself. I tried writing a song one day, and now I have twelve finished song lyrics but no melody. That’s the next step lol.

  8. There was this one morning I woke up and just had this melody in my head and I wrote words with it and recorded it into my phone but I never wrote the instrumental part and then I dropped my phone in a puddle and broke it so it's lost now

  9. You know what sucks is I can’t play a musical instrument!!!!!! Oml I wanna be able to write music so bad but I can’t cause I can’t play the guitar or the ukulele non of them and I would learn cause I have a ukulele but I don’t know where to start cause I have no clue how to tune it and I don’t know anyone who plays so I’m a mess
