Is Jayz really a top5 standard lyricist? I can agree that he's a very good rapper and a beautiful music maker, but for lyricism, I feel he's sometimes overrated.
It’s crazy him and push ain’t twins lol they sound and look exactly the same
Biggie didn't make enough music to be one of the best lyracist ever, don't get me wrong big was tight but it's way more people underground that's harder than everybody he named

Bottom line you are fucked up individual if you are talking lyricist and you don't mention Jay-Z. People can say whatever they want to about him but he has the respect of all MC's and hip hop heads. I try to tell these idiots Pac wasn't a lyricist. There are many rappers ahead of him as far as lyrics go. He did make great music and was a real ass dude. And that's what makes him probably the #1 hip hop ARTIST. But in no way a top lyricist. Lyricist are guys Malice mentiond plus Big L, Canibus, Big Pun, Nas, Slaughterhouse, WU-Tang, Kurupt, Rass Kass, Treach, Redman, Jadakiss, etc…

This is Malice . One half of the best duo ever . they hangman them words together . Puttin passion into every letter . If you claim to be a hip hop fan and dont know what the Clipse are about , I suggest takin an online course to step ur game up . Or just stick to hip pop . U probly like wayne and tyga . Pac was no lyricist . Ok nas is tight but pac was on a whole other level and thats just a fact . Lyrically pac makes no top 5 not even top 20 . In my opinion though he is my favorite rapper . He just had something else that no one will ever have . I cant explain it . The realness . The pain . His struggles . Shit that we all can relate to . White black yellow brown . Lyrically though hes far down the list in my opinion .
