  1. For the people complaining he is old. There is a lovely thing on youtube that lets you select the video you do want to see. And no one is forcing you to spend your money to see him live today… the people buying tickets know full well he's not 25 (or 64) anymore.

  2. In 94 my friend and I really wanted to go to his concert, but being 15, that was not meant to be. We then made plans to go once we turned 18. She didnt live to be 18… and I nevet had the guts to go to the concert without her. I'm going this year in sao paulo. I got the tickets a few days ago, and I keep randonly crying

  3. Tom Jones gave a very interesting interview on how his voice has changed as he ages. He worked with a voice coach and used some of the changes to his advantage in his song selection. To a certain extent Rod Stewart has also switched the type of genre he selects. I believe many artist, including Sir Paul can continue to perform into their 80s and even 90s if they want to. The key is both the artist and fans have to adapt their expectations. It bothers me when people make comments past tense like the artist is already dead. Keith Richards once got tired of the Paparazzi making comments about their ages and threatened to hit the guy with his guitar ???

  4. I am a most macho man. Retired Navy Chief. 5 combat deployments. Combat logistics for various Naval Spec Warfare units. Middle East. Panama. Central Europe. Etc…. But I tell you without embarrassment I love Paul McCartney. Saw him in Jacksonville and what a tremendous show. He brings that old magic back, that old Beatles magic, that magic of the 60's and 70's. Bless him.
