This is Part:1 in the Songwriting series. In this video I show you how to make a Guide Track and setup a Tempo Map in ProPellerhead Reason Software. Once I have written a song and I would like to move into the recording process I first record a guide track of the song to a metronome and then setup the tempo map if needed. The Guide Track is a great reference to have and makes it easy to develop my ideas, lay down drums, try different harmonies and chord progressions and develop your song.
