  1. Christopher….loved this…more pressing matters.

JUDITH AVERS……………………………………………..OKLAHOMA(her song sang on a Radio show on youtube…truly STUNNING)….she is a Neil Young fan…..America needs to discover this girl…she is also a prolific Songwriter….BONUS!!!!!

IT WILL BE A CRIME TO THE MUSIC BUSINESS IF SHE FLOATS AROUND WITHOUT BEING PICKED UP ON.

How do i know??….I AM SUPER-PROLIFIC(and somebody once asked me…"DO YOU REALISE YOU WRITE LIKE NEIL YOUNG")…youtube STRONG by JASMINE LAMPORT…or WHY?(Huge RULEBREAKER…keep your eye on JASMINE)..i wrote both lyrically….and thousands, yes THOUSANDS more…SONIC FOXX MUSIC is my label…the flow BEGINS.

  2. How about having your song disregarded or practically thrown in the dirt and stepped on because you don't know how to sing? the kind of voice that people laugh at when heard singing.  How can someone with a bad/untrained singing voice, sound good in a song they wrote? I'm not planning on getting anyone else to sing in my songs.

  3. hello christopher, is there any chance i can reach you by phone , to ask a  question about my songs ,,,?  bobby west   thanks so much. or email? i can leave mine.

  4. read the mans childhood story in special deluxe…..always loved his small town melodies, reminiscent of winnepeg and his house in ontario and mother who had to raise him with no pop…..those tunes are the best, rockin the free world was fun but not as powerful….his childhood informs his music, thats the key here, I think!

  5. Appreciate the knowledge Mr. Ward……Bad Ass Neil Young Video…. hope you do you hold master song writing class's.  Mr. Ward do you find most artist compromising the material for commercial success, are these hard choices that a songwriter/musician has to deal with daily? Good music should find a willing audience right? newbie ……………………………………cheese head slim Az pack

  6. how can u even talk about songwriting while using only left speaker…. u'r fkin annoying ….

in the first minute of video only left speaker works…

  7. ive always admired neil young, the guy has stones (a lot of balls)
sometimes as songwriters we hold back in our music in fear of saying somethings. it alters are music and our messages.
sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.
ive never bought a neil young album but from a distance ive admired his approach to music, writing and genral concepts of what music should be and what it is. who doesnt appreciate that ?
    i know i do

  8. Since he wrote that song to bash George Bush, why doesn't he write one on Obama how he is using communism and radical Islam to oppress people which I think is a hell of a lot worse than anything Bush 1 or 2 ever did.
