Music industry changed big time from over the years artist are now coming out with club/dance songs if you go to a club or lounge and hear an artist most likely you would buy there cd or song because you like that and society wants more of that.. Then also rebecca and others just are on a fad people like to just clown make fun a conversation piece so they get hype and people look into them.. Sex and stupidity and catchy songs sell now a days…
People like Rebecca Black are only able to become singers because of crap like auto-tune. If you listen to most songs on the radio, they’re auto-tuned to the degree that they don’t sound like a normal human voice. Another problem in the music industry is that almost NO ONE writes their own lyrics anymore! They’re all written by professional “songwriters” or worn-out old singers who can’t sell records anymore.
Rap and hip-hop is dead? To me all the songs now are just s*** because they’re all about “being in da club” and “poppin bottles” and getting girls with big booties and crap like that. At least the ones on the radio are, I haven’t taken the time to listen to the underground songs before, so I’m not judging all of hip-hop and rap. But the mainstream stuff isn’t very creative.
Is it a conspiracy? No, to me it’s artists are getting lazier and lazier!!!
