    If you want to write a song that might go viral, invest in a book by Pat Pattison or Sheila Davis, and expect to spend a long time learning the craft.

    And as far as writing tunes, expect to be investing time in some music theory education. For the most part, these things don’t just happen.

    This book has little to add to anyone’s songwriting education.

    This book breaks down a complicated process, making it very simple to automate your music writing processes. I can’t agree that his system will yield a viral sensation, as he claims, but it will yield consistent results.

    It’s an essay.. And not very well written for a writer. Really? Spelling errors and misused verb forms. The content is solid, albeit brief. Surely would not buy this, but for a free read, it’s OK.
