    This is the best guitar instuctional video that I’ve ever seen. I own several instructional books, CDs and videos marketed by various musicians, Bresh’s video is the only one that I instantly connected with and began learning from after the first viewing. Not only is Thom an extremely talented musician, but he is also a very good instructor. The split screen shows both hands finger actions which Thom explains.Thom’s laid back & easy going but thorough style makes you feel like an old friend is sitting in your living room showing you how to play a tune and patiencely explaining every aspect that you need to learn. This encouraged me to practice. The video set includes chord charts and tab.I personally learned faster and better from the watching rather than the reading. Unlike my other instructional materials, Bresh’s video convinced me that even with my limited talent , I can actually learn to play this fascinating picking style. I can’t wait for another Thom Bresh training video release!

    This is one great piece of musical instruction. This type music can only be learned by watching someone and having them go through it step by step. [Mr. Travis] played a Very Unorthodox style of chords and his own licks and I really dont know how anyone could transcribe them to note. But “Thom” takes time to walk you through each chord and 2 finger picking method and really makes it simple. He plays different songs made famous by his Dad and then shows you all the chords and notes. Pretty simple. Wish I would have had this video 50 years ago. “Happy Picking”.
