We end the week with a powerful tune out of the post-punk and
new-alternative era, Julian Cope’s “World Shut Your Mouth”. The music world
had basically written Cope off as an Acid casualty after the downward
spiral from the break up of his first band. But he rose and started a solo
career with the release of the World Shut Your Mouth album in 1983. That’s
not to be confused with this song, which actually comes from the Saint
