  1. Someone said the 60’s was one big non-stop party. Someone else countered
that it wasn’t so much the 60’s but youth because now is a non-stop party,
as well because of young people. Not exactly. The 60’s and 70’s were
truly unique. In certain areas, crowds of people would start partying
wherever they were; they’d make their own music and start dancing, whole 9.
No one does that nowadays, especially young folks. The atmosphere was
free and relaxed in the 60’s and 70’s in various places. Today, it’s tense
    – people sitting around waiting to judge. Go through You Tube watching
certain videos and read people calling certain female entertainers whores
and sluts. People didn’t behave that way in the 60’s and 70’s. Freedom of
expression in its many forms was welcomed. There’s a gargantuan
difference. You would have had to be there. Now– in our time period,
there’s a big push to stop people from enjoying anything. Something’s
wrong with everything– from eating French Fries and a hamburger to
twerking. Society, at large, doesn’t know how to have fun. People knew
how to have fun in the 60’s and 70’s. It is far from that, now. People
need to relax and let loose but they don’t and try to stop everyone else in
    the name of whatever.?

  2. I have depression, I’ve been feeling down for the past couple days. This
video makes me feel a lot better, I think I’ll listen to more Motown!!!!?

  3. I collected a lot of these albums back when they were first released.
Don’t know if anyone noticed, but “I’ll Be Doggone” was on Volume 5 as
well as this one. Guess QC zoned out when this edition went to press.
“Pretty Little Baby” would have been a better choice since it was only on
a single at the time. Anyway, the album sounds beautiful! The only
problem with the stereo mixes is that most of them weren’t as long as the
mono mixes. Did you really use the original LP? ?
