    carlo has a shimmering quality to his voice. having heard him sing many times over the years, i was surprised that the songlist on this cd contained little of his usual repertoire; was a pleasure to hear “new” songs. i’d have to say “please dont ask me” is my favorite. never heard the song before and he does a beautiful rendition of it.
