  1. I also ordered this to use on a brand new computer …Jan. 2018. He also responded to me when, after one week, I still couldn't log in. His response was fast….but the product does NOT work. The only explanation I received was that I caught the company 'at a bad time'. ??

  2. He responded to me and offered me a full refund after explaining that I bought the Android App after being a huge fan of the iPad app…..and that the Android App wasn't quite as nice as the iPad app. He's an honest person. If he had more apps, I would buy them out of respect for the way he does business…..and having seen how great the iPad app is.
