Why is taking someone else's sound and sampling them for the beat ok and considered HIP HOP but when you "sample" someones line , chorus or verse its not ok  ? Words are made up of sounds put together. In my opinion if your against Drake "sampling" words from another artist. Then you should be against ALL artists that sample other music to create their beats. I personally love all music. From what I know is that Hip Hop is the most popular sampling genre, it was a genre that evolved from borrowing from others music.
