  1. Making sure I do not use words that point fingers or telling someone else what to do or feel. I am learning to not focus on the big picture but to ficus on step small steps to get there. This way axiety and being overwhelmed is held at bay. Yes, God tell us we are worthy, Attitude is huge. Joy , being anle to laugh, and love what it is you do; even if it is flop. As Lucy Swindol said to me once "Everything is a compliment." It is all in the perception.
