  1. MUSIC HEAVEN ON EARTH ..I'm in love with EVERY NOTE ,THESE GUYS PLAY & SING ..THEY ARE SO BRILLIANTLEY EQUAL , it is FACINATINGly drug related ..IT can only mean I'm A MUSIC ADDICT …I can never get enough of GREAT SOUNDS !

  2. Damn, Guy Clark was such a great singer songwriter! Love this version of Out in the Parking Lot! Dublin Blues has to be among the best songs ever…talk about amazing storytelling with a guitar!

  3. I was fortunate enough to see this group of songwriters at Toronto's Massey Hall, still one of the best venues I have ever experienced. Their banter with each other and with the audience made it seem like sitting around a campfire with some friends, only with waaay better songs.

  4. What is it about Texas that renders out so much strong talent and creativity? Is it just that Texas supports growing, developing, working musicians and songwriters more?

  5. Saw this foursome in Clearwater, FL in 2005. Completely different set list from this. Joe Ely did " If I Could Teach My Chihuahua to Sing". Great evening.

  6. Had the good fortune to see this grouping at the Telluride Bluegrass Fest back then. Seen each individually too except for Guy. Always exceptional shows.
