I saw a version of this lineup a few years back. I love them all individually as well as together
Damn, Guy Clark was such a great singer songwriter! Love this version of Out in the Parking Lot! Dublin Blues has to be among the best songs ever…talk about amazing storytelling with a guitar!
Love, love,love guy clark.he is always with us..gale godfrey…

There are always audience members who think they are in a competition to prove they recognize songs from the first notes.
I was fortunate enough to see this group of songwriters at Toronto's Massey Hall, still one of the best venues I have ever experienced. Their banter with each other and with the audience made it seem like sitting around a campfire with some friends, only with waaay better songs.
When you think you’re gonna skip right to Dublin blues but get sucked in to the whole damn thing….
My husband saw this show in Troy NY at the Troy Music Hall. Amazing.
It doesn't get better than this. Perfection on one stage.
Only person they were lacking was John Prine
This changed my life
Lyle's recording of "Step Inside This House" always gets to me.
Brothers. I so wanted that final talk about writing to go on. That was BEAUTIFUL.
Don't mess with Texas:-)
What is it about Texas that renders out so much strong talent and creativity? Is it just that Texas supports growing, developing, working musicians and songwriters more?
Thanks for this! Love these guys.
Very great and powerful! Thanks you so much for this concert!
Saw this foursome in Clearwater, FL in 2005. Completely different set list from this. Joe Ely did " If I Could Teach My Chihuahua to Sing". Great evening.

enjoyed them all from the start of their careers. but looks like john hiatt stole another show! jc
Fuckin GUY !!!
Had the good fortune to see this grouping at the Telluride Bluegrass Fest back then. Seen each individually too except for Guy. Always exceptional shows.
