Hi Jacy thanks for all the great information! I have one question . What if I am a songwriter and singer do I need a PRO or do they automatically register when I spread my music through tune core or such websites would I get paid as a composer and for the music recording when streamed?
Can I register even if I don't live in any of the communities associated with the PRO.

What is the difference between a writer and a publisher
I was wondering, how do you present the songs to them. Do you register for a PRO after your song is being used. Or can I present a song I wrote yesterday. Or is PRO for song already published? Do you have to go studio record it before uploading it to the PRO website?
