Having had to recently interact with someone I previously collaborated with in the past , made me start questioning again my past experiences with collaborating and question what my current expectations are for future musical, songwriting collaborations. Being that the experience is mostly negative in my mind makes me wary about seeking others out and accepting offers for new ones as well. As I deal with these issues personally, I am hopeful that I will find some answers and make necessary changes to the old perceptions. In the meantime, I just thought I’d get feedback from others in the community who have encountered similar, if not the same, kind of experience or have the same kinds of questions.
