When a baker bakes a delicious cake topped with tasty M&M candies, gives his all to make it, and the people whom he serves eats the candies off the top of the cake, and walk away from the cake… that baker would be greatly saddened, and offended.
Yet that is what we do to God. We eat the sweet tasty morsels, and walk away from the rest. Why? Because we are like spoiled brats. We only want what tastes the best. And we turn our nose up at the rest.
