I’m not gonna lie, I was really down in life, but I was driving down a road by myself crying and depressed and this song came on the radio. I know God meant for it to turn on at that time when I was there, because it’s changed my life. I am now a born again Christian. Thank you.
Sorry I did not feel the spirit move, because there were no smoke machines or stage lighting. Try harder next time
Love this ?!!!!
this is fantastic. youre a great singer and im LOL'ing at the drummer in the ash ketchum hat hahahahaha
I love this video y’all did great!
What a song. I got a great laugh?
So true of today’s worship music!
Oh you guys. The. Best.
Funniest shit I've listened to recently.
Beautiful
I’m looking for the traditional music with the pipe organ.
What page of the hymnal is this on?
I think I’m in the wrong auditorium. ?
Hillsong might’ve left the chat but not before taking notes
In my opinion this song is just too short ? needed more chorus… about 7 minutes of it
Finally a worship song I can relate to.
Blessed is the one who does not …sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord”. Psalm 1
In case there’s anyone here, who is actually a believer, there’s a fine line between us laughing it ourselves – and mockers getting believers to join them. This video does the latter.
i dont think the people in the comments understand what the song is about.
Low key a good song?
We
The diversity cameo! ?
My issue with worship music is that the lyrics are so shallow. When they make an analogy, for instance, it’s so generic.
Enterprises like Hillsong are just that: enterprises. Listen to “S.M.C.” by Project 86. That describes what many megachurches prioritize. They tell you that if you feel something, it must be the Spirit of God flowing through you, when it’s really just joyous emotions induced by the music.
If you’re looking for Christian music with truly deep lyrics, try “Fear is Not My Guide” or “Praise the Void” by Demon Hunter.
Mocking is a sign of immaturity is it not ?
What were the songs that inspired the ones in the video (specifically the chorus after the drums only section)??
I have been trying to figure it out and it is driving me insane.
This gave me chills. I really felt God’s presence listening to this.
Gotta stretch out that last bridge for the altar call.
Y’all the dude popping up with the tambourine in the chorus with a key change gets me every time. This has more depth than most worship songs today. Well done y’all.
It's repetitive, like the Lord's steadfast love, new every morning.
and that same church got dropped there bus kids because they were nit making money of them but we got there old busses and started 5 more bus routes
my mother made me go to a libral church and i was like what is this church or a rock concert
lol HAHAHAHAHA
???
???
innacurate that a black guy is in it
funny how i almost always need captions for songs but this one was perfectly ennunciated
Downvoted – not enough bridge.
Keyboard player checking his phone lol
The sad thing is that this is more theologically sound than some “worship” songs that have released since-
“Chorus with no instruments
Chorus just the voices”
really touched me
and I am going to them for that
????
Truly one of the worship songs of all time.
Progressive christianity:
?“Subtle marxism
Subtle marxism
Subtle marxism
With a dash of jesus”?
"…Here's an out-of-context Bible verse about hope."
?
Happens so often.
It’s perfect. Even goes on too long.
This is HILARIOUS!!! ? Church music is the easiest stuff to write. It's like church themed mad libs but with chord progressions and repeating choruses until they feel profound to vulnerable people. No wonder the church passes around the donation basket during these kinds of songs ? it's brainwashing
Bahaha this is Elevations whole last album!!!
Well done!!!
"I'm pure garbage" is every Christian song, no joke
The Ash Ketchum hat adds another level of perfection ?
This is funny..however there are some amazing worship songs with these similarities… about Jesus.
