Your chart makes more sense than any chart I have seen (and I have been playing for 50+ years).
Great job!
Interesting thank you
?
Amazing video!! Thank you!!
As I continue my understanding of music theory and chord progressions, I have to say this is the most incredible lesson on this subject I have viewed to date. Great Job and thanks for putting this together.
Even us aliens can understand this.
This is really really good! Thanks you helped me with a lot??
Good video bro you have my like, but its equal to the minor progression for exemple tonic minor
Hi, Thanks for this video it helps!
Quick question: I am confuse with the "vii°", I have the chord progression map but I don't see where you can go from the ii to the vii° ?? or is it the VII that is in the green circle at the left of the iiim and I should assume that is the vii° from the Major scale ??
Thanks
What's the rules in constructing the chord progression map ? Many thanks.
I feel like I was just blessed by God himself and he just said "throw your troubles out the window because your future is gonna be alright."
this is seriously the most "easy put" teaching method for chord progression theory. Even knowing all of these rules before watching this video, this series has helped me organize all of this information and effectively get out of this song writing block i've run into. Thank you! Cheers
Nice
This is one of the best channels I came across in youtube that teaches to this detail !

Very useful. Much more interesting than many similar uploads.
Who the fuck disliked this.
Please point me in their direction.
These are actually really helpful!! 😀
YOU'RE A LEGND! Only person that can make clear sense to a noob!
Hi GMS, Is there a different map to use if I was to compose in a Minor scale? Thx Ben
Great video! Just a question regarding inverting the chords. After you've created a chord progression, with all the chords being in their root position, are you then allowed to invert the chords in anyway you like? Or are there some rules and limitations when it comes to this?
really only 328 views on like 3/4 of a year? thats messed up…. this is gold
Hey man great video as always. What do you think when in song writing you use a chord that does not follow the chord progression chart? nor is that chord a "substitute" of the options. e.g. going I-iii-ii-V, wherein ii isnt "supposed" to follow iii? Do we always have to follow the chart? Or do we have the freedom to bend its rules sometimes?
