Ripple – my favorite!
I can dig it!
Garcia and Hunter will be spoken of 100 years from now because their art comes from the well of human experience and love and compassion. WE are lucky to have been aboard.
That was great. Brought tears to my eyes especially after hearing and seeing the late great Robert Hunter doing Ripple live. Longtime Deadhead, March 10 makes 40 yrs. And also Mountain Girl and Jerry's daughter Trixie. They deserve this honor and all honors coming their way. Thanx for posting this.
It’s kind of sad seeing musicians playing a song like this this way.. where it’s all written down and no spark of creativity.
What he says at the very end is perfect. They know time. Jerry and him were a special close. I have a pal like him.
Not Cynthia. Caroline Adams Garcia. AKA Mountain Girl.
RIP Robert. We miss you.

Why is Mountain Girl labeled "Cynthia"? Her given name is "Carolyn," unless she changed it…
