    Question: He said: Fix the data before the IPO, not after. What is an IPO?
    Is he saying that I should include the right data before sending my tracks to a distributor?

  3. so under the compulsory license or act, i can send spotify a 30 day notice to fix the breach….and that's it…they can't use my recording anymore just like that?

    i thought this law compells us to give our music away to third parties?

  4. This is so infuriating to hear! I released with Amuse (they've been great besides this), but I've never received a notice of intent or money for streaming the next month, haha! Also: Spotify only pays about $0.006 to $0.0084 per stream, & Amuse doesn't make the difference.
