I have a request for a video tutorial i am facing difficulty in understanding it. Please do help me out as i dont see any video in youtube on this.
Example : if there is a 4/4 drum beat & i wanted to jam a riff matching with the beats of 4/4 . What are the basic ideas we need to have in mind . I know about "quarter notes", "eight notes", "sixteen notes" but its only helps me in practicing exercise when i practice with a metronome. I have no idea how do people play musicaly with drummers in a band. Please make a video tutorial on riffs musical ideas when jamming with 4/4 drum beat.
